The Gawler Hockey League is committed to the junior development and offers opportunities in Roller Hockey and Inline Hockey.

Roller Hockey is a fast pace sport that is a fun and safe form of hockey. It is a modified version of                Inline Hockey and Ice Hockey.

Roller uses a soft ball for junior groups and a harder ball for senior groups. The rules have been modified to provide extra safety but keep the excitement!

Very little equipment is needed to play, all a player needs is a pair of roller or inline skates, a hockey stick and a bike helmet. The GHL also offers gear hire of skates and sticks for no charge!

Roller Hockey is a great sport with as young as four year olds playing! Its great to watch and the opportunity to progress into Inline Hockey and Ice Hockey is encouraged.

The GHL offers two trainings a week with competition games played on Sunday. All ages are encouraged to play and all divisions in the competition are mixed.

GHL trainings and competitions are all held at the Gawler Sport and Community Centre, Nixon Terrace, Gawler, South Australia, 5118
